Senior Consultant Test Automation Engineer

Location: Zurich, Switzerland; flexible work from home or one of the company locations, with willingness to travel and a preference for on-site client interaction.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and service test cases within client tool ecosystems.
• Validate customer requirements and test cases for automation feasibility.
• Evaluate testing tools and select suitable automation solutions.
• Create tailored test automation strategies for client projects.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate testers while executing automated tests and analyzing results.
• Document and report test outcomes to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of software testing experience, focused on automated testing, with a relevant IT background.
• Advanced proficiency in at least two test automation tools, such as TOSCA, Selenium, SoapUI, or Ranorex.
• Programming experience with Java, C#, C++, Groovy Script, or similar languages.
• ISTQB Advanced-Level certification.
• Strong customer and service orientation, communication skills, and a collaborative attitude.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility for frequent client interaction, preferably on site.
