What you will do

• Own the vision and product strategy for ZOLL CMS’s data transformation, aligning all use cases to business value, measurable KPIs, and target-state architecture.
• Build and scale the product organization, including hiring Product Managers, establishing standards, templates, and processes.
• Drive the enterprise roadmap across business, engineering, architecture, and data teams; resolve prioritization conflicts and dependency bottlenecks.
• Measure and communicate value delivered across all programs (adoption, efficiency gains, data quality KPIs, cycle time improvements).
• Hire, train, and develop a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is required.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years in digital product management with experience building/leading teams is required.
• Strong background in data platforms, transformation programs, and interoperability.
• FHIR/HL7 experience is strongly preferred.
