Business Analyst (Web & Mobile and Crypto)

What you will do

• Ensure stable and efficient operation of Web & Mobile Banking, Crypto solutions, and related third-party applications.
• Analyse and consolidate client requirements, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end, including triage, impact analysis, troubleshooting, coordination, and resolution.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and communication.
• Support onboarding of new banking services, functional validation, User Acceptance Testing, and product enhancements.
• Maintain documentation and promote knowledge sharing and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven Business Analyst experience or significant banking and financial services experience with strong business analysis responsibilities.
• Knowledge of web application infrastructure, including DNS, firewalls, and Web Application Firewalls.
• Knowledge of digital, mobile, or web banking platforms and familiarity with onboarding, authentication, identity management, or security solutions.
• Experience with cloud environments, containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, RDBMS, Oracle SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Full professional fluency in English, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective client communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in DevOps, Software Engineering, Application Support, production monitoring, or incident management.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, digital assets, custody, trading, blockchain solutions, payment flows, settlement, cut-off, or currencies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, automation practices, Jenkins, Gradle, Artifactory, Python, Groovy, Linux, or Bash.
• Knowledge of web and mobile architectures, Ergon Product Suite, or hirify.global Core ASM and ABR/s certification.
• Full professional fluency in German.
