Junior Technical Account Manager (RTB) (AdTech): Managing technical integrations and ongoing support for DSPs, SSPs, publishers, and internal teams with an accent on integration monitoring, SQL reporting, and exchange troubleshooting. Focus on resolving RTB discrepancies, preparing reporting API specifications, testing feature changes, and debugging ad display issues across publisher websites.
Location: Remote; Kyiv, Ukraine; Warsaw, Poland; and one additional location

What you will do
- Manage technical integrations and provide ongoing technical support to DSPs, SSPs, publishers, internal business departments, and management teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize integrations against established targets and KPIs.
- Investigate exchange integration issues and discrepancies, escalating bugs to Engineering and Product Management.
- Create SQL-based dashboards and complex reports for business departments and Product Management.
- Prepare custom reporting API specifications for partners and communicate with partners about technical issues.
- Perform manual testing, troubleshoot ad display issues, and adjust ad formats and styles across desktop and web environments.
Requirements
- Expertise with SQL syntax and MongoDB.
- Understanding of GET and POST requests.
- Experience with terminal and command-line tools.
- Intermediate English level, B1 or higher, required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and OpenRTB.
- Experience with Chrome DevTools and Postman.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
