Business Support Specialist - Seafood Team (Seafood)

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end administration of seafood certification and assurance programmes.
• Plan and coordinate audits with clients and auditors across multiple countries.
• Manage auditor availability, scheduling, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
• Monitor audit progress, follow up on outstanding actions, and prepare operational reports and management information.
• Support invoice generation, resolve billing queries, and maintain accurate client and audit records.
• Assist with accreditation, compliance, scheme administration, and operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service, business support, or operations support.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence working with varied stakeholders.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a wider team, solve problems, and drive tasks through to completion.

Nice to have

• Experience in certification, assurance, auditing, food, agriculture, seafood, logistics, or professional services.
• Experience with scheduling or resource planning systems.
• Knowledge of MSC, ASC, MarinTrust, GlobalG.A.P., BAP, or related seafood certification schemes.
• Experience supporting international teams and clients.
