Data Analyst (iGaming)

Our client is a fast-growing startup in the iGaming industry with a strong focus on online Poker alongside other gaming verticals. The company is committed to using data to drive growth, enhance the player experience, and optimise performance across every product and every stage of the player lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential

• Languages: fluency in English and Russian.
• Experience: at least 2 years in data analysis, preferably in the iGaming industry or online Poker.
• SQL: confident writing and optimising queries against large datasets.
• Visualisation: proficiency in Tableau, Power BI or a similar tool, including dashboard design for non-technical users.
• Breadth: comfortable supporting several stakeholder groups at once and switching between commercial, product and marketing questions.
• Analytical rigour: strong problem-solving skills and the ability to process and interpret large, messy datasets.
• Communication: able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Advantageous

• Statistical analysis in Python or R (segmentation, churn and LTV modelling, experiment analysis).
• Knowledge of online Poker and other iGaming products, including in-game economics, rake structures and tournament formats.
• Experience with Casino or Sportsbook data — provider feeds, RTP and hold, or betting margin.
• Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms such as GA4, Appsflyer or Adjust, Braze, Optimove or Customer.io, and with affiliate tracking and attribution.
• dbt, Git or similar analytics engineering tooling.
