What you will do
- Publish new bond terms, conditions, and public debt capital markets announcements accurately and quickly.
- Validate, source, and circulate details on new bond issuance, including pricing, demand, and distribution.
- Record deal terms from source documents and contacts in the database.
- Produce daily and weekly reports using historical data, proprietary metrics, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Maintain the database, including scheduled and ad hoc backfilling projects.
- Support credit reports, content initiatives, and information sharing across credit desks.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn; knowledge of financial markets is not required.
Nice to have
- Two or more years of data entry experience.
- Knowledge of financial markets.
