Area Customer Experience Specialist Non-NMLS-1 Dallas, TX -Uptown (Banking)

Location: Dallas, TX; office-based role supporting multiple local branches. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What you will do

• Provide coverage across multiple branches, adapting to locations that may change daily.
• Serve walk-in customers, identify financial goals, and recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily activity.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers on deposits, loans, account maintenance, and digital banking tools.
• Support branch colleagues and help deliver consistent customer experiences.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation for travel between multiple branch locations.
• Adaptability and dependability when working across different branches.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Notary licensing.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles.
