Process Engineering Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead the engineering team in Kistelek and drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process stabilization.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Lead process implementation for new products and technologies.
• Monitor and improve KPIs related to productivity, scrap, and process performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous leadership experience in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English required; Hungarian is an advantage.
