What you will do

• Respond to inquiries from estates and surviving account holders of deceased customers involving single-product account relationships.
• Review probate wills, letters of administration, letters testamentary, affidavits, and other jurisdiction-specific legal documents.
• Process system updates, complete credit bureau coding, and provide written responses to customers.
• Coordinate with underwriting, Financial Crimes, retail branches, servicing, legal, compliance, and customer asset management teams to resolve servicing issues.
• Perform daily quality-control reviews and maintain data and reports for audits, examinations, and regulatory reviews.
• Interpret legal and bank documents, recommend processing steps to management, and escalate risk-related issues.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and at least one year of work experience, or three years of combined higher education and/or general work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency with personal computers, spreadsheet software, and word-processing software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, compliance, and internal-control standards.
• No supervisory responsibility is required.
