Location: Wrocław, Poland; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office. The posting header also lists London – Bishopsgate.

What you will do
- Explore, prototype, and bring GenAI-enabled tools into production to improve the solution development lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into actionable specifications and communicate complex logic through prototypes and algorithms.
- Test new features hands-on, identify behavioral patterns, diagnose issues, and improve solution quality.
- Support automation and scaling of quality assurance processes for established functionality.
- Document features, communicate known issues, and take ownership of delivered solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant financial-sector or technology role.
- Proficiency in Python, complex SQL queries, and relational databases.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including problem decomposition, pattern identification, and algorithm formulation.
- High ownership, a self-starter mindset, and close attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills required, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience building or coding generative AI features or workflows, including agent-based approaches.
- Hands-on experience with AWS tools such as the CLI or SDK, or similar cloud environments.
- Experience with financial regulatory reporting in a client-facing or advisory role at a technology vendor.
