What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation lifecycle for new customers, managing multiple projects with minimal oversight
• Configure Intake to Procure and broader platform to meet bespoke procurement challenges
• Advise on integrations and act as primary technical contact for configuration and customization
• Leverage AI-powered workflows to accelerate configuration, testing, and issue detection
• Conduct training and enablement sessions to ensure customer independence

Requirements

• Must be legally able to work in the United Kingdom
• 4+ years work experience including 2-3 years in solutions consulting, project management, or functional advisory roles
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Bonus: Comfortable with software configuration, JSON, API documentation
• Bonus: Familiarity with B2B procure-to-pay processes and tools like Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Sage
• Curious about AI and proactive problem solver with strong communication skills
