WW Accounting Controls Lead

Salary: €2,230–€4,000 per month, depending on skills and experience

What you will do

• Manage and continuously improve Accounting-owned SAP roles and related access governance.
• Review and approve access requests, support role changes and testing, and resolve authorization issues.
• Assess segregation-of-duties and compliance risks and maintain role documentation.
• Support periodic access recertifications, audit requests, and coordination with technical teams, Accounting stakeholders, auditors, and management.
• Contribute to projects involving SAP enhancements, S/4HANA changes, BW/Group Reporting access, and Accounting transformation.

Requirements

• Accounting background and knowledge of end-to-end accounting processes.
• Understanding of SAP or enterprise systems, system logic, and control implications.
• Knowledge of SOX and risk management, with awareness of segregation-of-duties risks.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work with SAP roles, GRC requests, access reviews, and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with business, technical, audit, and management stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience owning SAP roles, performing SoD analysis, or conducting access recertifications.
• Experience supporting audits, coordinating projects, or working with automation and new technologies.
