What you will do

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders as an independent 2nd Line function to embed risk considerations into decision-making.
• Provide independent oversight and constructive challenge on risk identification, assessment, and management processes.
• Monitor and interpret risk profiles, highlighting trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the consistent application of risk frameworks and standards across the organization.
• Perform thematic reviews, deep dives, and data-driven analyses to identify and report on risk trends.
• Provide expert advice on risk policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in Non-Financial Risk (NFR) management, banking, or IT audit.
• Strong knowledge of NFR frameworks, governance, and methodology (e.g., EBA, ECB).
• Experience with Information & Technology Risk Management policies and internal control standards.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and communicate complex risk topics clearly.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
