Product Manager, Contractor Management

What you will do

• Build end-to-end contractor management solutions together with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Own product strategy, roadmap development, and the prioritization of near- and mid-term goals.
• Lead complex product initiatives autonomously and translate strategic plans into actionable work.
• Ship fast, iterative improvements and identify minimal solutions to complex customer and business problems.
• Align team metrics and work with key business KPIs to support product growth and high return on investment.
• Communicate product decisions, outcomes, and learnings across the Product organization and with external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a high-growth company.
• Proficient English in written and spoken communication.
• Ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes or small code changes using AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Strong strategic and tactical judgment when prioritizing initiatives and defining feature scope.
• Demonstrated self-driven results that improved a product.
• Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and autonomous decision-making skills.
