Senior AI Engineer

Location: Yerevan, Armenia

What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI solutions including RAG systems, chatbots, document intelligence pipelines, and structured data extraction workflows.
• Build backend services and APIs with Python and FastAPI, maintaining Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Implement LangChain and LangGraph agentic workflows and use LangSmith for observability, tracing, and evaluation.
• Integrate Azure Document Intelligence, Azure AI Search, Azure-hosted LLMs, and Microsoft Foundry into production pipelines.
• Work with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements, provide updates, and conduct solution walkthroughs and demos.
• Write tested, maintainable code, participate in reviews, troubleshoot deployments, and improve AI solutions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of software development experience, including 2+ years focused on AI or GenAI solutions.
• Strong Python development skills and experience building APIs with FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures, and vector or semantic search.
• Familiarity with Azure Document Intelligence, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Foundry, REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, and JSON.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and explain technical concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience extracting structured and unstructured data from invoices, contracts, reports, or tables.
• Experience with AI-based document generation pipelines.
• Familiarity with LangSmith and Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
