System Implementation Specialist (Financial Systems)

What you will do

• Analyze client system requirements before implementation.
• Support client onboarding and new systems implementation projects.
• Maintain and configure Investor Portals to meet business requirements.
• Provide business-as-usual support, monitor systems, and troubleshoot portal issues.
• Coordinate with vendors on system development and enhancements.
• Assist with user training and update training guides.

Requirements

• B.Com or a similar tertiary business qualification with exposure to Information Technology.
• 1–5 years of experience, preferably in the financial industry.
• Experience in accounting or financial services and an aptitude for working with systems.
• Project management, excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to prioritize issues at company level.
• Good understanding of operational controls frameworks; fund accounting system experience is advantageous.
