System Analyst Junior+ (Fintech)

Location: Worldwide, with remote work available within GMT-2 to GMT+5; office work is also available. Relocation support is offered to hubs in Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan.

What you will do

• Participate in the full product development lifecycle from initial idea through implementation and launch.
• Design technical solutions, APIs, data models, and integration interactions between products.
• Create technical documentation, specifications, and service requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other teams to align product development.
• Investigate and resolve production issues.
• Manage product development requirements and analyze business needs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial experience as a System Analyst.
• Basic experience with APIs, data models, business processes, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs; basic SQL skills and familiarity with PostgreSQL.
• Basic understanding of system architecture and the ability to create clear developer specifications.
• B1 or higher English level for communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with gRPC.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming patterns and experience with Kafka.
• Experience with fintech or banking products.
