Junior System Analyst (Integration)

Location: Remote, Tbilisi, Georgia

What you will do

• Analyze, document, and elaborate business, user, and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Model business processes with BPMN, design solutions, and create prototypes.
• Support backlog refinement, roadmap planning, prioritization, and scope decisions.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams, and lead demos and reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, risks, dependencies, compliance, and delivered product increments.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io.
• Basic SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman, Git, and SDLC.
• Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, gRPC, application logging, and troubleshooting.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Project Management experience.
• Experience with Camunda or similar workflow and process automation platforms.
