Provider Network Associate (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, based in the United States, with candidates required to reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia. The role includes frequent client travel of up to 75%.

Salary: $87,188–$114,434 per year, plus annual performance bonuses and employee benefits.

What you will do

• Recruit and engage healthcare providers to address network adequacy needs by geography, specialty, and member demographics.
• Deploy provider recruiting activities in expansion regions based on population demographics, healthcare needs, and competitor presence.
• Assess provider capabilities, workflows, staffing, access standards, and quality-of-care requirements.
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, pitch network participation, and guide providers through enrollment.
• Document outreach activity and maintain provider data in a CRM system.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in provider healthcare recruiting and contracting.
• 1+ year of experience in provider relations, provider services, or provider recruiting.
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive growth and expansion across one or more geographic areas.
• Ability to reside in one of the listed U.S. states and travel for client meetings up to 75%.

Nice to have

• Experience using CRM systems in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with credentialing functions and credentialing software.
