What you will do
- Provide operational coordination and support for the Network Planning team.
- Coordinate actions, information, deliverables, and status updates across internal teams and external suppliers.
- Maintain project trackers, Jira tickets, Confluence pages, documentation repositories, and operational records.
- Coordinate network-related orders, fulfilment activities, and supplier contract renewals with Procurement, Vendor Management, and external vendors.
- Collect, analyse, and validate information across technical systems, portals, and management platforms.
- Improve processes, reporting, documentation, and ways of working through data, technology, and AI-enabled tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project support, team coordination, sourcing, procurement, data intelligence, or a similar role.
- Experience in a technology, telecommunications, ICT, cloud, network, or other technically focused organisation.
- Highly proficient in Jira and Confluence.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Experience analysing and validating data, producing reports, maintaining technical or operational documentation, and coordinating work across multiple teams.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, ownership, and attention-to-detail skills.
