Service Engineer (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on hirify.global devices.
• Complete software upgrades and calibration in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and manage service assets.
• Support asset sighting and audit activities for ISO 13485 and GDPMDS compliance.
• Manage depot workflow, maintain workplace organization using 5S principles, and support the Service Manager.
• Follow safety and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in medical device servicing or a similar technical role.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 compliance and service documentation practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with electronic and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
