Service Technician (Measurement Equipment)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. The role involves on-site work at customer facilities and may require overtime on weekends and public holidays.

What you will do

• Set up standard and special-purpose measurement equipment at customer facilities.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, align, replace, and reassemble instrument components and circuitry.
• Calibrate instruments according to customer-required standards.
• Install new equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate service matters with relevant departments and communicate unresolved issues and customer feedback to the factory.
• Provide on-site guidance to team members while following company and customer safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Meticulous, organized, hardworking, and customer-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid Class 3 driving license; access to a vehicle is preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, when necessary.
