QA Manager (Food Safety)

What you will do

• Lead quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance activities across the manufacturing site.
• Manage audits, certifications, supplier quality programs, and compliance systems.
• Resolve customer complaints and lead food safety risk assessments, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Develop and improve quality management and food safety systems.
• Act as the primary quality contact for customers, suppliers, and certification bodies.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Assurance team while supporting continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety within the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety risk management, auditing, compliance management, and supplier quality assurance.
• Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, BRCGS, IFS, and FSSC 22000 standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
