About the Role

You will make options markets for brokers and banks through chat and voice platforms. You will execute orders, identify market opportunities, and support expanded coverage while working closely with screen traders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of options market making experience
• Working relationships in and strong familiarity with the options space
• Strong mathematical aptitude
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
• Ability to react quickly and accurately to changing market conditions
• Ability to solve mathematical and coding problems quickly and accurately
• Existing relationships with inter-dealer, floor, or direct counterparty brokers and paper flow

Responsibilities

• Make markets on options for brokers and banks through chat and voice platforms
• Execute against orders on the trading floor
• Identify marketplace opportunities
• Work alongside and communicate with screen traders
