Test Lead (Software Testing)

What you will do

• Draft overall testing strategies covering unit tests, integration tests, and test campaign organization.
• Identify and manage test prerequisites, including test data and environments.
• Estimate testing workload and write and execute sprint tests.
• Support employees responsible for test automation.
• Manage the QA team through planning, follow-up, and reporting.
• Supervise end-to-end system quality and escalate project or product risks to Project Management.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Agile methodologies.
• ISTQB Foundation certification; Advanced certification is a plus.
• Strong technical background in software testing.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to guide a QA team.
• High autonomy, teaching ability, and strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Nice to have

• ISTQB Advanced certification.
