Performance Marketing Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Execute performance marketing strategies across Shark and Ninja brands in Eastern Europe to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Own the affiliate channel strategy and build profitable relationships with affiliate partners and networks such as AWIN.
• Develop and manage automated customer lifecycle journeys across acquisition and retention stages.
• Identify, test, and implement new opportunities for performance channel growth using a structured test-and-learn approach.
• Track Revenue, ROAS, Cost%, retention rate, and customer lifetime value against forecasts and report performance across daily, weekly, and monthly periods.
• Collaborate with paid channel specialists and internal Marketing, Commercial Finance, Design, Trading, Creative, measurement, and data teams on omnichannel campaigns and new product launches.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, ideally within an ecommerce business.
• Experience working with an affiliate network such as AWIN or a similar platform.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Commercial, results-driven approach focused on measurable acquisition and retention outcomes.
• Confident communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
