Performance Marketing Manager (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid; candidates must be based in Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Serbia

What you will do

• Run affiliate program promotion campaigns end to end, from briefing and media planning through launch, monitoring, reporting, and final analysis.
• Source and evaluate affiliate media, Telegram channels, directories, forums, webmaster communities, influencers, and partnership formats.
• Request and compare placement terms, negotiate within approved limits, document agreements, and track commitments.
• Prepare media plans and placement calendars while monitoring budgets, payments, deadlines, links, and campaign results.
• Develop and test hypotheses for new platforms and formats, scale proven solutions, and contribute data and recommendations to quarterly performance plans.
• Collaborate with affiliate, marketing, sales, content, design, production, and analytics teams to improve the quality of acquired partners.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or affiliate marketing, including independently managing campaigns.
• Understanding of affiliate program models, partner journeys, media planning, paid placements, and performance funnel analysis.
• Strong knowledge of CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, CR, ROI, CAC, and unit economics.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Working proficiency with Google Analytics, Similarweb, Ahrefs, TGStat, or comparable tools; knowledge of UTM tagging and tracking links.
• English at B1 or above for written communication, platform research, and working calls on familiar topics.

Nice to have

• Experience promoting affiliate programs in iGaming, fintech, crypto, or other high-risk verticals.
• An established network of media, influencer, or partner contacts and experience negotiating placement terms.
• Experience with affiliate media, Telegram Ads, cross-promotion, native integrations, reviews, rankings, listings, and bundled deals.
• Experience with BI systems, end-to-end analytics, and automated recurring reporting.
