Quality Facilitator (Manufacturing Quality)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $70,400–$105,600 annually, plus an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and implement plant action plans supporting continuous improvement, quality, and food safety standards.
• Maintain manufacturing quality systems, shop-floor data collection, customer quality reporting, and quality checklist processes.
• Coordinate environmental, health, safety, food safety, certification, and permitting programs, including employee training and audits.
• Analyze production and incident data, investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement quality and safety improvements.
• Act as the lead quality contact for customers, responding to audits, testing requests, certificates, and customer concerns.
• Manage product testing and ensure measurement devices are properly calibrated and maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, statistics, or engineering.
• Seven years of experience in corrugated manufacturing operations.
• Five years of experience with lean manufacturing tools, including root cause analysis, Five Whys, and process FMEA.
• Experience with food safety and managing food programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to travel as necessary and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Nice to have

• Certified Quality Engineer qualification.
• Food safety certification such as HACCP.
• Experience with manufacturing shop-floor, statistics, and quality software.
