Private Business Strategist

hirify.global is a financial services company whose Private Bank organization supports business owners and private clients with wealth, succession, tax, estate, and financial planning.

What you will do

• Consult with business owners and prospects on succession-planning solutions and hirify.global's capabilities.
• Translate business-growth discussions into insights about owners' personal wealth and financial needs.
• Develop and review tax, estate, and financial analyses and plans.
• Evaluate transition strategies such as retaining or selling a business, redemptions, dividend recapitalizations, and equity grants.
• Partner with Asset Management, Corporate and Institutional Banking, relationship managers, and transactional teams.
• Retain and grow assets under management while developing new client relationships through networking, prospecting, and referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8 or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Working knowledge of corporate structures, owner cash flow, estate taxation, and transition planning.
• Ability to manage client relationships, conduct financial research, make recommendations, and support sales opportunities.
• Must work in the Sarasota, Florida office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Nice to have

• Credit analyst experience.
• Corporate or personal tax experience in public accounting.
• Combined Trust & Estate and Corporate Tax experience as an attorney or CPA.
• Experience in a similar financial-institution role or advising family-office clients.
