Market Analyst III (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Relocation eligible; travel required approximately 10% of the time.

Salary: $106,000–$146,000 per year, with potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Research product marketing trends and conduct complex benchmarking of markets, competitors, and product mixes.
• Own market sizing and segmentation data used in business-unit strategy and marketing processes.
• Contribute to product roadmaps, pricing analysis, margin analysis, and product financial plans.
• Develop product forecasts and support cost reduction, margin maintenance, and return-on-investment goals.
• Support field teams with direct marketing for key products and accounts.
• Collect and analyze data for Red Team analysis, business reviews, and KPU growth tracking.

Requirements

• MS in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Applied Analytics, Market Analytics, or a related quantitative field; BS may be considered with relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of professional experience, or equivalent academic or internship experience, in analytical or business-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel for data analysis, transformation, and modeling.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau.
• Experience working with business, financial, or operational datasets and communicating structured, data-driven insights.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Databricks and Salesforce.
• Experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
