Manager Fulfillment (Cabreúva)

What you will do

• Ensure the supply and distribution of raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and equipment across Brazil.
• Manage warehouse operations exceeding 20,000 m² and 24,000 pallet positions, including third-party logistics in Chile.
• Oversee domestic and international transportation, import/export operations, inventory management, and material flow.
• Develop logistics providers, improve service levels, reduce costs, and optimize transportation and storage strategies.
• Lead logistics network optimization projects, including DiNO and RFI/RFQ/RFP processes.
• Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, KPIs, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety, quality, and Ethics & Compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Project management experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• Experience managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and import/export operations.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
