DevOps Team Lead (AI Security)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps Engineers while promoting ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Architect and scale a cloud-native SaaS platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Drive automation, reliability, performance, Infrastructure as Code, and deployment best practices across R&D.
• Own production-grade systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, availability, and scalability at petabyte scale.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to improve delivery pipelines and deployment processes.
• Guide architectural proofs of concept and technical direction while overseeing observability and incident response.

Requirements

• 6+ years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on production experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes or other container orchestrators.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• AI-first engineering mindset and hands-on use of AI tools for productivity, automation, troubleshooting, and engineering workflows.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineers, CI/CD and release processes, production monitoring and logging, and networking fundamentals including load balancing and protocols.

Nice to have

• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Node.js or other backend technologies.
