Technical Recruiter (Aerospace)

Location: Centennial, CO / Denver, CO, United States

Base salary: $95,000–$120,000 per year, plus potential equity and other benefits.

What you will do

• Build and operate recruiting processes for engineering, manufacturing, and other critical technical roles.
• Source exceptional candidates creatively, including latent talent from other industries and non-traditional backgrounds.
• Engage and persuade passive candidates about career opportunities at Boom.
• Partner closely with engineering leaders to identify and close high-impact hires.
• Maintain a high hiring bar while managing urgency, ambiguity, and demanding recruiting priorities.
• Provide visible recruiting support for teams developing supersonic aircraft, advanced propulsion systems, complex hardware programs, and industrial turbines.

Requirements

• Applicants must meet U.S. ITAR and EAR eligibility requirements: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. government authorizations.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, energy, or other hardware-focused roles.
• Ability to source creatively and evaluate candidates from both traditional and non-traditional backgrounds.
• Ability to operate with urgency, manage ambiguity, and maintain a high hiring standard.
• Strong partnership skills for working with engineering leaders and company leadership.
