What you will do

• Apply jointly for any two open roles as a complementary pair.
• Build and scale software capabilities for end customers.
• Solve novel, mission-critical problems with mission partners.
• Work together and independently with other customer-facing roles.
• Define the scope of the roles as the organization grows.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing complexity and working independently.
• Expertise building and scaling software capabilities for end customers together.
• Fast iteration, high impact, and strong communication skills.
• Individuals should be among the top performers in their function and create exceptional impact as a pair.
• US citizenship is required for all roles; green card holders cannot be considered.
• An active DoD Secret clearance or higher is required at hire for customer-facing roles, including Customer Strategist and Full Stack Engineer.
