What you will do

• Define a role you would excel at and justify why hirify.global should create space for it
• Demonstrate your work through shipped products, startups, research, writing, open source, or workflows
• Outline ownership and measurable improvements in your first 30 days
• Leverage agents and hirify.global to increase productivity and share learnings
• Identify company areas to impact: product, engineering, research, GTM, operations, talent, or others

Requirements

• Exceptional skill in a specific domain
• AI native: daily use of agents with informed opinions
• Good taste and quality sense in your domain
• Ownership: ability to ship work amid ambiguity
• Clear writing skills
• Trustworthy and honest about knowledge gaps

Nice to have

• Experience starting a company or building a large side project
• Contributions to open source or public technical communities
• Built impactful work with language models
• Portfolio that clarifies the role you want
