Materials Project Manager (B2)

Location: Singapore, SGP. Relocation eligible; travel required 10% of the time.

What you will do

• Forecast and communicate engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers.
• Coordinate materials deliverables for product development with buyers, planners, and production control.
• Create, release, and update materials strategies for new projects and commercialization transitions.
• Support supplier selection, risk assessment, price and delivery negotiations, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Track cost objectives, total landed costs, KPIs, and material change control activities.
• Partner with engineering and suppliers to identify critical and long-lead parts and resolve supplier quality issues.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden technical capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and their application to assigned work.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly in straightforward situations.
• No supervisory responsibility; provides informal guidance to new team members.
