Process Operator - Line 7

Location: Thetford, Norfolk, United Kingdom; onsite rotating shifts

Salary: £27,758.64 annual training salary, increasing after full training, plus a weekly shift allowance of £109.86.

What you will do

• Operate Line 7 and maintain optimum line performance by adjusting equipment within validated parameters.
• Carry out daily and weekly cleaning of production equipment and the surrounding area.
• Identify quality defects, reject non-conforming products, and escalate issues to the team leader.
• Support issue resolution and participate in continuous improvement programs.
• Follow EHS, GMP, GDP, company, corporate, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete hirify.global documentation and batch paperwork accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Experience working in a GMP environment, such as pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team, solve problems, and support production targets.
• Ability to follow defined processes, remain calm in a fast-paced environment, and manage varied tasks at short notice.
• Good English comprehension and the ability to understand, speak, read, and write English are required.
• Strong punctuality, attendance, organization, and task focus.

Nice to have

• Forklift experience.
• Experience setting up and changing over machines.
