IM Setter Operative (Injection Molding)

What you will do

• Install prepared aluminium molds into injection molding presses and secure associated ancillary equipment.
• Operate overhead cranes and A-frames while handling molds and other heavy components.
• Load thermoplastic materials and configure machine parameters using established setting sheets.
• Inspect molded parts, record process changes, and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Remove and stage molds for disassembly and purge barrels after order completion.
• Follow quality, safety, housekeeping, process improvement, and KPI requirements.

Requirements

• Familiarity with resins used in thermoplastic injection molding.
• Ability to obtain a license to operate material-handling equipment.
• Ability to work safely with sharp and heavy objects and perform reaching, bending, and grasping.
• Literacy, numeracy, strong attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Reliability, punctuality, good attendance, and experience in a fast-paced team environment.
