Process Operator - Viaflo (Medical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Operate and adjust automated Viaflo manufacturing equipment within validated parameters.
• Maintain optimum line performance throughout rotating shifts.
• Clean equipment and production areas on daily and weekly schedules.
• Identify and reject quality defects, escalate issues, and support corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and adopt improved ways of working.
• Complete batch paperwork accurately and follow hirify.global documentation, safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• Experience working in a GMP environment, such as pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG manufacturing.
• Experience operating manufacturing or processing equipment in a production environment.
• Machine-minding experience with an understanding of equipment performance and controls.
• Experience with batch processing, including procedural start-up and shutdown activities.
• Basic technical knowledge for machine setup and troubleshooting.
• Good English comprehension and flexibility to work rotating shifts, additional hours, and varied production tasks are required.

• Experience with machine adjustments and production problem-solving.
• Strong technical troubleshooting capability.
