Process Operator - Bottlepack Filling (Manufacturing)

Location: Thetford, Norfolk, United Kingdom; onsite manufacturing role with rotating Monday–Sunday shifts from 06:00–18:00 or 18:00–06:00

What you will do

• Run, operate, and maintain Bottlepack blow/fill/seal plastic machines.
• Maintain optimum line performance by adjusting equipment within validated parameters.
• Complete daily and weekly equipment and area cleaning, machine maintenance checks, and batch documentation.
• Perform machine setup, start-up, shutdown, fault finding, and production troubleshooting.
• Identify and reject quality defects, escalate issues to the team leader, and support corrective actions.
• Participate in improvement programs and follow EHS, GMP, GDP, hirify.global documentation, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience working in a GMP environment, such as pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG manufacturing.
• Proven experience operating manufacturing or processing equipment in a production environment.
• Machine minder experience and a strong understanding of equipment performance and controls.
• Experience with batch processing, including procedural start-up and shutdown activities.
• Basic technical knowledge for machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Good English comprehension, reliable attendance, punctuality, flexibility, and willingness to work rotating shifts and additional hours when required.
