Production Technician (Antibiotics & Chemotherapy) (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Thetford, Norfolk, United Kingdom; on-site cleanroom work with rotating Monday–Friday shifts from 06:00–14:00 and 13:00–21:00

Salary: £27,000 starting salary, plus a shift allowance of £45.35 per week

What you will do

• Prepare, compound, inspect, and label pharmaceutical antibiotics and chemotherapy products according to SOPs.
• Operate in an isolator department and maintain cleanroom inventory.
• Apply and validate aseptic techniques during manufacturing activities.
• Clean and sanitise equipment and components to regulatory standards.
• Complete routine equipment sampling, testing, and facility cleaning.
• Work on your feet while wearing specialised cleanroom PPE and gowns.

Requirements

• GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Comfort working in a cleanroom while wearing specialised PPE.
• Compassion and understanding of the importance of products supplied to vulnerable patients.
• GMP knowledge or equivalent hygiene and safety experience is desirable but not essential.
