IT Infrastructure Project Leader (AWS)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid with 2 days in-office required. Working hours are 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with a one-hour lunch. Travel to data centers or client sites is required for on-site technical work.

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 per year.

What you will do

• Deliver direct IT infrastructure customer support and assist with project execution under project manager guidance.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects with project managers, external vendors, distributors, manufacturers, and users.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, authentication, access, monitoring, and security issues.
• Analyze incident trends and propose preventive solutions and process improvements.
• Investigate suspected security events and vulnerabilities with PSOC and CSIRT teams.
• Maintain service quality, response effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing AWS, Microsoft 365, virtualization, virtual desktop, Windows Server, Unix Server, and authentication infrastructure.
• Strong operational and troubleshooting skills with AWS CloudWatch, SolarWinds, Active Directory, GPO, authentication, access privileges, and security tools.
• Experience working with stakeholders on support-related issues.
• Fluent English required for written and verbal communication.
• Basic Japanese required for communication with Tokyo headquarters.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, judgment, and service-improvement skills.
