Sales Administrator with Serbian | Remote | EdTech / IT

All Right is an international EdTech / IT product company developing technology-driven solutions for children's online education, including its own learning platform, live lessons, speaking clubs, and AI-powered tools.

We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator with fluent Serbian to join our international team.

What we’re looking for:

* Fluent Serbian, both spoken and written
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections
* Confident use of PC, messengers, and Google Workspace
* Self-organization and ability to work remotely

Nice to have:

* 6+ months of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or a Call Center
* Experience in phone sales
* English at A2+ level
* Experience working with CRM systems and KPIs

What you’ll do:

* Communicate with potential customers in Serbian
* Identify customer needs and help them choose the right learning program
* Handle questions and objections
* Guide customers through the sales process
* Maintain customer communication and results in CRM
