Product Manager Lead - VIP/Institution (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for VIP products and user experiences.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for VIP user flows, service tools, and growth initiatives.
• Partner with business, operations, engineering, design, data, and compliance teams.
• Improve VIP onboarding, account management, support, and trading-related journeys.
• Track product performance and drive continuous optimization.
• Lead and mentor product managers in the VIP domain.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience; team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of VIP, institutional, trading, brokerage, or wealth-related products.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong product thinking, ownership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven approach and comfort working with metrics.
