Product Lead (EdTech)

Location: Remote work from any location; the EU is preferred. Relocation is possible.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for B2C educational solutions built through influencer collaborations.
• Research market needs, validate hypotheses, and prioritize product development against business goals.
• Define a scalable product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of key features.
• Identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and optimize the product using customer feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in EdTech as an entrepreneur or leader at an EdTech company serving influencers or B2C customers.
• Strong understanding of the influencer market, including sales and strategic partnership development.
• Experience developing and scaling successful digital education products.
• Strong management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical understanding of tools and technologies used in digital product development.
• Fluent English required; French or German proficiency is a plus.

• Proficiency in French or German.
