Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Azure)

Salary: $160,000–$195,000 per year plus bonus and restricted stock units

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise cloud infrastructure across corporate and operational environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Conditional Access, MFA, and directory synchronization.
• Build and optimize Azure infrastructure and use Azure Arc for hybrid governance, policy enforcement, and monitoring.
• Create repeatable, auditable infrastructure deployments with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM.
• Rack, cable, commission, and maintain physical servers at data centers, CI facilities, and offices.
• Own monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, incident response, automation, documentation, and on-call escalation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience, including 5+ years with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
• Strong Azure skills across virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, ExpressRoute/VPN, network security, and identity and access management.
• Hands-on Azure Arc experience and strong Windows Server administration skills, including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, and certificate services.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM, plus PowerShell or Azure CLI scripting.
• Ability to perform physical server work in data center environments and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience, with strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• AZ-104 or MS-102 certification.
• VMware vSphere, Linux administration, or hybrid Windows/Linux experience.
• Experience supporting new site infrastructure builds and coordinating with facilities teams, cabling vendors, and ISPs.
• Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR tools and log pipeline integration, such as Microsoft Sentinel.
