Senior Systems & Infrastructure Engineer (Azure): Managing and improving hybrid Microsoft infrastructure, cloud services, corporate networks, and business-critical systems with an accent on Azure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and infrastructure resilience. Focus on designing migrations, strengthening disaster recovery and business continuity, and maintaining secure, cost-efficient infrastructure aligned with ISO 27001 and NIS2.

What you will do
- Manage Microsoft Azure and on-premises infrastructure, including Windows Servers, virtual machines, storage, and core services.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
- Support corporate LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and firewall infrastructure.
- Maintain infrastructure security, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Coordinate incidents, vendors, technology partners, documentation, inventories, and technical procedures.
- Deliver new-site deployments, cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and first-level support while improving availability and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or a similar technical role.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Azure infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and endpoint management.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and enterprise firewall platforms.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, and corporate information security practices.
- Excellent written and spoken Greek and English required.
Nice to have
- Fortinet firewall experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender, Intune, PowerShell, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, or automation tools.
