Company

hirify.global develops materials engineering solutions and equipment used to manufacture semiconductor chips and advanced displays.

What you will do

  • Design, simulate, and validate analog and mixed-signal circuits for signal conditioning, power management, sensor interfaces, and precision measurement.
  • Architect embedded systems with microcontroller or microprocessor designs, firmware interfaces, and communication protocols including SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, and Ethernet.
  • Own multilayer PCB development from schematic capture and layout review through prototype bring-up, validation, and transition to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Apply DFM, DFT, DFR, and DFC principles while creating schematics, BOMs, design documentation, and test reports.
  • Perform tolerance and worst-case analysis, bench evaluation, characterization, correlation, and root-cause failure analysis.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, test, mechanical, software, and driver engineering teams on NPI and production quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant electrical hardware design experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analog and mixed-signal circuit design experience, including AMS development through high-volume production.
  • Hands-on embedded systems design and hardware/firmware integration experience.
  • Experience with multilayer PCB layout, signal and power integrity, manufacturing transfer, and PCBA/BOM management.
  • Proficiency with Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, Altium, or equivalent tools, laboratory instrumentation, IPC standards, and DFM/DFA/DFT/DVT/EVT practices.

Nice to have

  • Semiconductor or semiconductor capital equipment experience.
  • FPGA hardware application knowledge.
  • Experience with high-speed digital design, power electronics, or precision motion and control systems.
  • Familiarity with EMC/EMI compliance and regulatory or safety standards.

Culture & Benefits

  • Supportive environment focused on learning, professional development, and innovative engineering solutions.
  • Comprehensive benefits package with potential bonus and stock award eligibility.
