Manager, Global Labeling (Medical Devices)

Location: San Gwann, Malta

Salary: €44,800 minimum annually, with potential benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Lead, oversee, and coordinate global labeling operations to meet committed timelines.
• Manage, coach, train, and develop direct reports.
• Coordinate with labeling stakeholders, project leaders, graphic designers, control specialists, and cross-functional subject-matter experts.
• Ensure labeling activities and outputs comply with applicable regulations, standards, quality systems, and business requirements.
• Track and report KPIs and metrics to measure labeling process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support internal and external audits and resolve labeling process issues and escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, including quality, regulatory, labeling, or manufacturing experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Knowledge of labeling, translation, product lifecycle management, regulatory change control, data management systems, and quality processes such as nonconformance and CAPA.
• Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer-focused leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Power BI, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Global Labeling Operations team.
• Graphic design and/or project leadership experience.
